We seed the directory from public sources, so your listing exists before you've ever talked to us. That's on purpose — parents should be able to find every camp in town from one place. But it also means the dates, ages, photo, or description might not match what you'd actually say.
Families plan their summer around what they read here. Wrong session dates send a parent down the wrong path; outdated ages turn away a family that would've been a great fit. Claim your listing and we'll verify you're the right person to speak for the camp, hand it over, and apply your edits — so what parents see is what you'd tell them yourself.
Verified listings carry a badge so families know the details came straight from the camp.

2027 pilot program
Looking for a few camps to build the future of enrollment with.
Canopy is building modern camp enrollment software — registration, rosters, payments, waivers, family communication, all in one place that's easier on admins and easier on families. The directory is the front door. The platform is what we're piloting next.
The directory is done. The enrollment platform — and how it's priced — isn't. That's why we're piloting with a handful of Louisville camps for 2027: to figure out the feature set and the pricing model together. Listing in the directory will always be free. The enrollment platform will be a paid product, but the design goal is "affordable for any camp, big or small," and we'd rather get that right with you than guess at it without you.
Louisville-area camps running 2027 sessions, of any size. Solo founders welcome; so are 30-week-of-summer operations.

How do families use the directory?
Today it's the one place to find every Louisville camp side by side — sessions, ages, dates — instead of hopping across a dozen different sites. The bigger vision is the Saturday morning where a parent sits down with a coffee (or two) and maps out the whole summer in one sitting. We're not there yet; the directory is step one. Canopy is the rest.

Can you remove our listing?
If you'd rather not be listed, email us and we'll take it down. We'd rather have you in — parents look here to plan their summer — but it's your call.
What if our information is wrong?
Email us with what's off. If you'd like ongoing edit access, claim the listing and we'll wire you in.
Will it cost us anything?
Being listed in the directory is free, now and always — claimed or unclaimed, verified or not. The enrollment platform will be a paid product when it launches, designed to be affordable for camps of any size. Pricing is one of the things we're working out with pilot camps. If you'd rather just be in the directory, that's fine too.
How does the pilot platform differ from what we use today?
It's purpose-built for the way camp weeks actually work — flexible session structures, multi-child families, partial weeks, scholarships, and the operational side (rosters, day-of attendance, payments). The short version: less time on logistics, more time running camp. And the pricing model is being shaped alongside the product, with the pilot camps. We'd love to walk through a demo.
