We seed the directory from public sources, which means your listing exists before you've ever talked to us. That's on purpose — parents should be able to find every camp in town. But it also means the photo, dates, or description might not be how you'd say it.

Is this really free?
Yes. The directory is free for camps and free for families. We don't run ads, sell data, or charge a placement fee. The 2027 platform pilot is also fee-free during the pilot.
Who runs canopy?
A small team in Louisville, including local parents who got tired of building their own summer in 47 browser tabs. Email us — a real person reads it.
Can you remove our listing?
If you'd rather not be listed, email us and we'll take it down. We'd rather have you in (it's free and parents look here), but it's your call.
What if our information is wrong?
Email us with what's off. If you'd like ongoing edit access, claim the listing and we'll wire you in.
Do you list overnight or sleepaway camps?
Right now the directory focuses on Louisville-area day camps. If you run a sleepaway program with strong ties to Louisville, write us — we're thinking about how to surface those without diluting the day-camp focus.
How does the pilot platform differ from what we use today?
It's purpose-built for the way camp weeks actually work — flexible session structures, multi-child families, partial weeks, scholarships, and the operational side (rosters, day-of attendance, payments). We'd love to walk through a demo.
